The drive
That number was recently corrected. It had been published as thirty minutes for years, which is wrong and probably cost a lot of Leavenworth families a trip. It is fifteen.
Getting Out of Town
Head east out of Leavenworth and cross the Centennial Bridge over the Missouri River into Platte County. From there it is farmland the whole way to Weston. Look for the red and white Historic Weston Orchard & Vineyard sign at the entrance on County Road H.
What a Leavenworth family actually does out here
One ticket covers the lot. You are not paying per ride or per activity, and nobody is going to upsell you at every corner.
Roughly 17,000 apple trees. Apples run mid-August through October 31, and you pick straight off the branch, not out of a bin. Fruit is priced by weight after you pick it.

Two acres, cut fresh every fall, and big enough to get properly turned around in. It is a daytime family maze and it is included with admission. More on the corn maze page.
The jumping pillow, ziplines, treehouse village, petting zoo, giant slide, low ropes course and the rest. In fall the corn crib, hay mountain, the apple cannons and the Apple Express run too. No tokens, no wristbands.

Fort Leavenworth turns over constantly and a lot of families arrive here knowing nothing about what is on this side of the river. This is one of the closest things to post that gets everybody outside for an afternoon.

Parking is free. Fruit and pumpkins are priced by weight after you pick them, so the ticket and the produce are separate. The bakery fries cider donuts through the day from our own pressed cider.
